The service at the hotel was exceptional. the staff went above and beyond to make sure that we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. the concierge team was particularly helpful, recommending local restaurants and attractions that were off the beaten path. the breakfast buffet was also a highlight of our stay, with a wide range of delicious options to choose from. Lastly, the location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk away from the main sights and attractions of the city.

The room prices at the hotel were quite high, which made it a bit pricey for some travelers. Additionally, the hotel was located a bit far from the city center, requiring a shuttle or a 20-minute walk to reach the main attractions.

The breakfast at the hotel was a disappointment. the options were not great and the quality did not match the price.

I had an incredible stay at a hotel that felt like stepping into the Renaissance era. The location was perfect, just outside of the bustling city center, yet within easy walking distance to all the main attractions. My room was spacious and elegantly decorated, with a luxurious bathroom and impeccable service from the friendly staff. The breakfast was divine, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start my day. The view from my room was breathtaking, overlooking a stunning yard with remarkable statues. The hotel also had beautiful gardens and a spa, perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring the city.

The concierge service was a bit disappointing, as they seemed to mock our plans and failed to make the desired reservations.

The hotel's location in a very good location away from the hustle of the city, in a park with only a small street at the front. Close enough to walk to the best tourist spots. The staff were friendly and helpful.

This hotel exceeded all of our expectations in terms of luxury and amenities. the exclusive spa and wellness centre provided indulgent body wraps and massages that left us feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. the outdoor swimming pool surrounded by a lush garden area was particularly memorable. the staff went above and beyond, offering private facilities and an in-room breakfast that made us feel pampered and indulged.

The only minor issue we experienced was the lack of attention to detail in room service during turn down service. the room service tray was not cleared which was a little frustrating.

A charming hotel with beautiful gardens and stunning views. Our room in the villa had a lovely garden view, perfect for a morning wake-up. The spacious rooms and comfortable beds met Four Seasons' high standards. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay a joy. Although a bit of a walk from the center, the hotel's location near Galleria del'Accademia was convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

This hotel is an absolute haven of luxury and comfort. My need for relaxation was thoroughly met with exclusive amenities such as body wraps and massages at the spa and wellness centre.

Although the service was impeccable, there was a delay in the waxing service at the Spa Lounge.
